Heads of Agreement between the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of South Australia in relation to the Whyalla Steelworks

This agreement came into effect on 21 February 2025, when it was signed by the Commonwealth and South Australia.

The agreement sets out the respective commitments the Commonwealth and South Australia in the context of OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd, the owner of the Whyalla Steelworks and related assets, entering into administration under the external management of an Administrator.
